Black-tie optional.

For men, tuxedos and dark suits are appropriate.

For ladies, full-length dresses are encouraged with shoes that can withstand walking in grass. Weather-permitting, the events of the evening will take place both indoors and outdoors.

Outside the Mayo Hotel, buses will be available to transport guests to and from the wedding venue. The buses will depart promptly at 4:45 PM and 5:15 PM. Please bear in mind these are the departure times, so plan to be in the lobby a few minutes early.

A shuttle will be available to transport guests back to the Mayo Hotel every half hour beginning at 9:30, in addition to two bus trips at 10p.m. and 11p.m.

Uber and Lyft are also available options in Tulsa.

We kindly ask that you leave children at home and limit attendance to only the names listed on the RSVP page. We hope you will enjoy a date night!

The museum has free parking available upon arrival. Please enter the gates and follow the signs to the left where there is both covered and outdoor parking available.

We ask that guests please arrive no later than 5:45p.m., as the property grounds take a few minutes to navigate. The outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

Golf carts will be available to transport guests in need of accommodation.
